Job summary

Centerstone in Saint Louis, MO, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical services and ensure high-quality, person-centered behavioral health care. The role focuses on mentoring clinicians, coordinating treatment planning, and promoting program quality within regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or related field with 3+ years in behavioral health and 1+ year supervisory experience in SUD treatment
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in behavioral health and 2+ years supervisory experience in SUD treatment; plus admissible certification or license
• Qualified Addiction Professional certification through Missouri Credentialing Board or equivalent with 4+ years in SUD and 3+ years supervisory experience
• Missouri-licensed Counselor/ Psychologist/ Physician with 1+ year supervisory experience in behavioral health

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight of behavioral health services
• Mentor, coach, and supervise clinical staff
• Facilitate staffing, diagnostic disposition, and case consultations
• Conduct assessments, individual/family/group therapy as needed
• Coordinate care with community agencies and providers
• Monitor progress and program quality outcomes
• Review documentation for regulatory compliance
• Oversee staffing schedules and coverage
• Contribute to budgeting and fiscal planning
• Respond to crises with clinical guidance and escalation
• Develop partnerships with community organizations
