Job summary

Center For Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients. You will assess skills and behaviors, develop plans, supervise caregivers and technicians, and coach staff across center, home, school, or telehealth settings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA, BACB certification, and ASD experience. Location-based travel may be involved; salaried, exempt, full-time position with relocation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours are 100% adherence each month.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function of behavior.
• Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions.
• Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols.
• Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols.
• Provides ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Primarily works physically within the center to support technicians and follow best practices.
• Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress and adjust protocols.
• Update treatment plans at least once per month.
