Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality supervision with about 25% in-person time and 75% remote work. The role emphasizes reducing caseloads, strong administrative support, and flexible scheduling to deliver excellent clinical care for children.

You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and ensure payer and Maryland regulatory compliance while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide ~25% in-person supervision while remaining remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
