Big Dreamers ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical programming for a small caseload. The role blends in-home supervision with approximately 75% remote work, supported by a dedicated admin team to keep you focused on quality care.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, ensure Maryland and insurance compliance, and collaborate with families to ensure consistency of care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision and 75% remote flexibility, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.
