Big Dreamers ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a team that prioritizes manageable caseloads, strong administrative support, and the flexibility BCBAs need to do their best work.

The role offers 75% remote flexibility with approximately 25% in-person supervision of RBTs, BCaBAs, and client teams, while admin handles scheduling and coordination so you can focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland Licensure as Behavior Analyst required.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred; strong clinical decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans and supervision notes in a timely manner.
• Ensure Maryland regulatory and payer compliance.

What You'll Do

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
