Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Maryland team. This position offers a 75% remote schedule with approximately 25% in-person supervision to support clients and RBTs.

Our administrative team handles scheduling, authorizations, intake, and other operations so you can focus on delivering high-quality clinical care. You'll build a small caseload, conduct assessments, and develop plans while supervising RBTs and BCaBAs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide ~25% in-person supervision while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
