Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team with 75% remote flexibility and in-person supervision about 25% of the time.

You'll manage a small caseload, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, analyze client progress and collaborate with families, while leveraging our supportive administrative infrastructure to focus on quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide ~25% in-person supervision while remaining remote.

Responsibilities

This role offers 75% remote flexibility, with approximately 25% of your time spent providing in-person supervision to support clients and RBTs. Our administrative team handles scheduling, authorizations, intake, and other operational tasks so you can focus on delivering outstanding clinical care.
