Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team. The role offers 75% remote work with approximately 25% in‑person supervision for clients and RBTs, backed by administrative support to handle scheduling and coordination.

You will supervise staff, use data‑driven methods, and develop individualized plans while collaborating with families and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Ability to provide approximately 25% in‑person supervision while completing the remaining responsibilities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality‑focused caseload.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data‑driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
