Job summary

Wesley Health Centers - JWCH Institute, Inc. seeks an ASW/AMFT Supervisor to provide clinical guidance and direct mental health services within the Housing Supportive Services Program (HSSP) in a PSH setting on Skid Row, Los Angeles.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, collaborative care and DMH contract compliance across medical and behavioral health services. Responsibilities include staff oversight, charting, crisis intervention support, and participation in after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Active registration as an ASW/AMFT or equivalent.
• Experience in behavioral health, housing, or DMH settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance to an interdisciplinary team and meet treatment goals.
• Facilitate case conferences and staff meetings to ensure high-quality care.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop integrated care plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and case management services.
