Job summary

The People Concern seeks a skilled HSSP Program Manager to oversee Housing Support Services for adults in Downtown Los Angeles. You will supervise clinicians, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with leadership to maximize service quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities include administrative oversight, reporting to funders, staff development, and crisis management support. A Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology and California licensure or registration is required, with field-based

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology from an accredited university.
• Valid California BBS registration or licensure.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and managing programs.
• Strong documentation, data, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative aspects of the HSSP contract and billing.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision for clinicians.
• Monitor program performance, outcomes, and funder reporting.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with leadership and QA to ensure compliance and quality.
