Job summary

Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) to provide clinical oversight for ICMS HFH staff under the Director of Housing Services. The role oversees case conferences, service plans, and documentation while coordinating with program teams.

Required CA licensure, at least 1 year in mental health services, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active California license as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC and eligible for practice under state laws.
• Experience providing services to individuals with mental illness (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and crisis prevention schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ICMS HFH staff and services.
• Coordinate case conferences with Program Directors, Managers, and ICMS staff.
• Develop individualized service plans in collaboration with ICMS team.
• Review assessments, service plans, and charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Lead team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.
• Maintain records and documentation for program compliance.
