Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• 4,000 hours of supervised experience delivering services to persons with mental illness.
• Active Minnesota licensure as LICSW, LMFT or LPCC in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations from intake to discharge.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including 90-day and annual reviews.
• Coordinate interviewing, onboarding, and training with leadership.
• Ensure documentation meets 245I variance timelines.
• Foster recovery-focused, client-centered care.
• Participate in on-call crisis support and shift coverage.
• Build partnerships with external providers for referrals and education.
• Promote inclusive, diverse, culturally competent work environment.
