Job summary

The State of Minnesota, Direct Care and Treatment, Anoka Region MMA seeks a Behavioral Services Supervisor. You will oversee Behavior Assistants, support treatment planning, and collaborate with clinical staff to improve patient outcomes in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

Minimum MN licensure (LICSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP/BCBA) and 3+ years of post-licensure experience are required, with demonstrated leadership. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• MN licensure in LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or BCBA is required.
• Three (3) years of post-licensure experience providing behavioral health clinical services.
• Demonstrated leadership experience such as supervisor/lead roles or leading committees.
• Experience coordinating program development, planning and collaboration with clinical staff.
• Experience in hospital settings or behavioral health services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, interviewing, supervising, and training of Behavior Assistants.
• Grow skills and confidence of supervisees to enhance patient services and staff retention.
• Provide guidance, consultation, and project management for treatment planning and program development.
• Coordinate and manage contracts for client-focused services.
