Job summary

Guild is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the ACT team's clinical operations in Dakota County, MN. You will lead licensed and unlicensed staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support recovery-oriented care.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, staff development, and strong documentation while partnering with leadership for hiring, training, and program quality improvement. Requires MN licensure and 4,000 supervised hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences and 4,000 hours of supervised experience with persons with mental illnesses.
• Currently licensed as LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC in Minnesota and in good standing.
• Must not be actively receiving services from Guild and must not have received services within the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the program’s clinical operations from intake to discharge.
• Provide leadership and direct supervision to program staff, including 90‑day and annual reviews.
• Partner with leadership for interviewing, onboarding, and training.
• Provide ongoing staff training opportunities and ensure training requirements are met.
• Review and develop program curriculum for psychoeducational/skills-based groups.
• Ensure documentation is completed properly and within required timeframes.
