You will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, conduct case reviews, and promote evidence-based practices within a recovery-focused framework.

The role requires a Master's degree in behavioral sciences with 4,000 hours of supervised experience and MN licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience.
• Current Minnesota license (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC) in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical operations from intake to discharge.
• Supervise program staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR for interviewing, onboarding, and training.
• Provide ongoing staff development and ensure compliance with 245I variance.
• Develop psychoeducational and skills-based group curricula.
• Maintain proper documentation within required timeframes.
• Participate in on-call crisis coverage as needed.
