Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead its Intensive Care Coordination team. You will oversee clinical and administrative functions for Care Coordinators and support staff dedicated to youth and families with behavioral health needs.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, delivering Wraparound training, and maintaining high fidelity care in a collaborative, family-centered setting. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health related field is required.
• Licensure at independent level or LCSW eligible for independent licensure within 6 months.
• Massachusetts CANS certification is required.
• Minimum of three years' experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Experience collaborating with state agencies, consumer advocacy groups, or behavioral health outpatient facilities is preferred.
• Experience in a home-based or Wraparound program is preferred.
• Familiarity with Internet, word processing, and email systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) team. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to staff while supporting parents and caregivers of youth with behavioral health needs. Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of Bachelors, Masters, and other professional level Care Coordinators. The Clinical Supervisor is a part of the supervisory team working closely with other program supervisors/managers to create and implement various policies and procedures. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing initial and ongoing Wraparound training and ensuring that high fidelity Wraparound is provided to youth/families.

Who You Are

• Master's Degree in a mental health related field required.
