  • Monitor overtime and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Approve time-off requests and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Provide orientation and training for new nursing staff.
  • Assist in annual employee evaluations.
  • Coordinate nursing staff meetings as needed.
  • Inventory medical supplies and submit supply orders as needed.
  • Monitor budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain DMG policies and procedures.
  • Act as doctor/patient liaison.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Assure OSHA/Safety compliance.
  • Meet regularly with the office manager.
  • Provide supervision over assigned nursing staff for the site.
