Job summary

Holyoke Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Supervisor to provide support, liaison and supervision for clinical and select administrative activities on evening, night and weekend shifts to maintain continuity of operations.

Responsibilities include identifying potential problems and initiating corrective actions, and investigating patient care incidents or staff accidents with timely follow-up reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; or Associate's Degree in Nursing and Bachelor's Degree in Health Management or Administration.
• Current license within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Three years clinical nursing in acute care setting (some critical care nursing preferred).
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a clinical coordinator or similar supervisory position.

Note: The compensation range noted above represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade acrossthe health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.
