Chimes is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Exton, PA to provide clinical oversight of designated staff and deliver direct care as needed. The role includes supervising a shift, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with the Program Coordinator on clinical services.
Qualifications require a Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health field, with at least two years post-degree experience and a license (LPC/LCSW/CADC/CAADC). This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Job Description: In this role, the Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight of his/her designated clinical staff and/or designated shift, as well as providing direct care services to the extent determined by the Program Coordinator. This position has a part-time clinical supervisory function. Formal administrative duties and supervision remain the responsibility of the Program Coordinator.
Schedule Details: Full-Time; Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ( flexible hours)
Location: Exton, PA
Salary: $60,000+/ year
Job Functions:
Experience: Two years post-degree experience in the behavioral health field, one year of supervisory experience or equivalent in relevant training preferred
License: License required (LPC, LCSW, CADC or CAADC)
Clearances: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
