Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Drug & Alcohol Program in Kennett Square, PA. You will provide clinical leadership and supervision to program staff while maintaining direct client care, supporting staff growth and ensuring adherence to program standards.

The role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health and at least two years post-graduate experience, with supervisory experience preferred and Pennsylvania licensure strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health or related clinical discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in the behavioral health field.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership/training experience.
  • Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and team leadership skills.
  • Active Pennsylvania clinical licensure strongly preferred (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or related behavioral health license).
  • Prior experience within substance use disorder and/or drug and alcohol treatment settings.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision and staff development.
  • Required Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Clearance, FBI Fingerprint-Based Criminal Background Check, Verification of eligibility to participate in Medicaid/Medicare-funded programs.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate:$60,000+ based on experience and licensure
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For
