Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems, a Chimes company, seeks a Clinical Coordinator to lead the Crisis Intervention Program in West Reading, PA. You will supervise clinical and nonclinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and step in to provide direct services during crises.

You will manage daily operations, budgeting, and billing with the Accounting Department, while building partnerships with families, payers, and community resources.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline.
  • 3+ years of post-degree behavioral health experience, with 1+ year supervisory responsibility.
  • Licensure and/or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Supervise: Oversee staff, provide regular supervision, conduct evaluations, and train staff.
  • Drive Program Excellence: Manage daily crisis program operations and ensure standards.
  • Support Clients in Crisis: Provide direct services as needed and facilitate referrals.
  • Manage the Business Side: Oversee budgeting, billing, payroll submissions, and expenses.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Monitor data, address incidents, keep audits ready.
  • Collaborate & Represent: Build relationships with clients, payers, and community partners.

Are you a licensed behavioral health clinician ready to lead a team that shows up for people in their most critical moments? Chimes is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to guide the day-to-day operations of our Crisis Intervention Program — supervising a dedicated team, ensuring best-practice care, and helping clients navigate their path to recovery.

  • Program: Crisis Intervention Program
  • Location: West Reading, PA
  • Schedule: Various hours
  • Pay Rate: $60,000+ /year
What You'll Do
  • Lead & Supervise: Oversee clinical and nonclinical staff, provide regular individual and group supervision, conduct performance evaluations, and train staff to excel in their roles.
  • Drive Program Excellence: Manage daily operations of the crisis intervention program, ensure services meet licensing, regulatory, and best-practice standards, and maintain full program coverage.
  • Support Clients in Crisis: Provide direct services as needed, make prompt referrals to appropriate levels of care, and ensure staff and clients can access community resources when it counts.
  • Manage the Business Side: Oversee program budgeting, billing, payroll submissions, and expense tracking in coordination with the Accounting Department.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Monitor performance improvement data, respond to client concerns, report incidents promptly, and keep the program audit-ready at all times.
  • Collaborate & Represent: Build strong relationships with clients, families, payers, and community partners, and represent Chimes at interagency meetings.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
  • Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline
  • 3+ years of post-degree experience in behavioral health, including 1+ year of increasing supervisory responsibility
  • Licensure and/or certification strongly preferred
Required Clearances
  • Pennsylvania Act 33 Clearance
  • Pennsylvania Act 34 Clearance
  • Verification of no Medicaid/Medicare exclusion status

Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list

Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
