Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in Kennett Square, PA, seeks a licensed clinician to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to program staff while maintaining a direct connection to client care. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys hands-on clinical work and staff development.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Behavioral Health, at least two years post-graduate experience, and supervisory experience. Pennsylvania licensure is preferred.

• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and support to program staff.
• Mentor staff to promote evidence-based care and professional growth.

• Partner with Program Coordinator for staff development and evaluations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and guide crisis interventions.
• Monitor outcomes and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Deliver direct client services when needed.

Location: Kennett Square, PA

Pay Rate:$60,000+ based on experience and licensure

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

What You\'ll Do

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, consultation, and support to program staff.
• Mentor and develop team members to promote high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff on agency policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and program standards.
• Partner with the Program Coordinator to support employee development and performance evaluation processes.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff, while guiding challenging situations and crisis interventions.
• Monitor program outcomes and help drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide direct client services as needed to support program operations.
• Complete timely documentation and authorizations in accordance with agency and payer requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.
• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements.

What We\'re Looking For

• Master\'s degree in a behavioral health or related clinical discipline from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in the behavioral health field.
• At least one year of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership/training experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and team leadership skills.
• • Active Pennsylvania clinical licensure strongly preferred (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or related behavioral health license).
  • Prior experience within substance use disorder and/or drug and alcohol treatment settings.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision and staff development.

Required Clearances

• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
• Criminal Background Clearance
• FBI Fingerprint-Based Criminal Background Check
• Verification of eligibility to participate in Medicaid/Medicare-funded programs

Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
