Job summary

Eisner Health in California is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead three clinic sites, mentor a team of 15-20 staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will oversee operations, hire and onboard staff, manage scheduling, and ensure regulatory compliance within an FQHC framework.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in a Family Practice clinical setting.
• Minimum one-year supervisory experience in a Family Practice clinical setting.
• Must be bilingual – English and Spanish.
• Must have a Medical Assistant Diploma.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clinic locations at least twice weekly.
• Experience managing teams of 15–20 employees.
• Experience with EHR systems (Athena preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical operations across three clinic sites (El Monte, East LA, Maywood).
• Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and workflow to support efficient patient care.
• Partner with clinic leadership on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Ensure compliance with FQHC, accreditation, OSHA, infection prevention, and organizational standards.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives, audits, and regulatory readiness.
• Monitor EHR workflows, patient access, wait lists, no-shows, and clinical inboxes.
• Manage vaccine programs, inventory, medical equipment, and departmental supplies.
• Ensure daily equipment log sheets are completed and maintained, with equipment calibrated and compliant.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, HR and others to resolve operational needs; support budgeting and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with FQHC, accreditation, OSHA, infection prevention, and organizational standards

• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Human Resources, and other departments to resolve operational needsSupport departmental budgeting, productivity, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Requirements

• Three years’ experience in a Family Practice clinical setting

• EHR experience (Athena highly preferred)
• Must be able to work a Mon-Saturday schedule. (Fridays & Saturday are half days).
• Previous Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience, highly preferred.
