Eisner Health in Los Angeles County seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead three clinic sites (El Monte, East LA, Maywood) and support a team of 15-20 clinical staff. You’ll mentor, coordinate staffing, and ensure high-quality patient care with regulatory compliance in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
The role is 100% on-site with a Mon-Saturday schedule, including half-days on Fridays & Saturdays.

As our Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role supporting our clinical teams while helping ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. You'll work alongside dedicated providers and leaders in a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly influence patient outcomes and staff development. You'll lead and support a team of approximately 15-20 clinical support staff (Medical Assistants and Referral Coordinators), providing coaching, guidance, and accountability while fostering a positive and patient-centered culture.
