Northside Hospital, Inc. invites a Clinical Supervisor to join the unit-based leadership team in Atlanta.

You will supervise nursing operations on a designated unit and help ensure safe, high‑quality patient care. In the absence of the Manager or Director, you may assume 24‑hour nursing responsibility and will work with a unit‑specific patient population, coordinating staffing, workflows and clinical practice to meet care standards.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• BSN or higher in Nursing with required clinical experience in specialty.
• Current Georgia RN license (or multistate) and BLS certification.
• Color vision as required by unit.

The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team. Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population.

REQUIRED:

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.

1. Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
2. Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
3. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

PREFERRED:

1. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
