Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing operations on a designated unit in our Georgia campuses. The role requires strong unit-based leadership, oversight of daily patient care, and the ability to assume 24-hour nursing responsibility in the Manager's or Director's absence.

Qualified applicants will be graduates of an accredited nursing program, hold a Georgia RN license, and maintain BLS certification; ACLS or other life-support credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
