A leading healthcare provider in Cumming, Georgia is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to manage nursing operations within a unit. This role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program with three years of clinical experience, including at least one year in specialty. Candidates must have a current Registered Nurse license in Georgia and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Additional Life Support credentials are preferred. The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team. Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population.

REQUIRED

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.

1. Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license.
2. Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
3. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

PREFERRED

1. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
