Job summary

START Research in Miami is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support early phase oncology trials under senior supervision. You will help ensure protocol compliance, patient safety, and accurate data collection across multiple studies.

The role involves patient screening, consent, trial coordination, and collaboration with sponsors and CROs. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years clinical research experience preferred.
• Strong familiarity with oncology trials, especially early phase.
• Proficient in data collection and regulatory documentation.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of early phase oncology trials under senior staff guidance.
• Ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
• Screen patients for eligibility and obtain informed consent.
• Manage source documents and trial data with accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain study documentation and deviations reports.
• Coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and site staff on protocol status.
• Assist with SAE reporting and protocol closeout tasks.
• Train staff on study procedures and study-specific requirements.
• Support data coordination and query resolution with the data team.
• Maintain up-to-date contact lists and site documents.
