Job summary

Videa is seeking a Director of Clinical to serve as the clinical voice with customers, prospects and partners, aligning clinician needs with Sales and Product during the adoption of our AI platform.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise & Growth, this role shapes clinical messaging, supports deal strategy, and leads cross‑functional collaboration to drive value realization across DSOs and dental groups.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with meaningful chairside experience, within roughly the last 15 years.
• Experience in a customer-facing or commercial role since leaving practice.
• Track record in supporting sales or customer conversations.
• Executive presence with DSO leadership credibility.
• Strong product instincts and prioritization judgment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to bring clinical expertise to conversations with DSOs and dental groups.
• Shape clinical messaging so every claim holds up chairside.
• Support deal strategy by identifying clinical champions and addressing concerns early.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical leaders across strategic accounts.
• Drive clinical engagement and value realization with Customer Success and Account Management.
• Translate customer feedback into clear, prioritized insights for Product.
• Represent Videa at conferences and industry events; create clinical content.
