Job summary

VideaHealth is seeking a product leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its RCM products, translating dental insurance workflows into scalable features for clinics and admins.

You will prototype with Claude-based AI tooling, validate concepts with real users, and collaborate with engineering to assess feasibility early in development. 3+ years in SaaS/HealthTech preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agile software development experience, preferably SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech.
• Experience in healthcare, dental or regulated environments is a plus.
• Experience building revenue cycle tools or AI-enabled features.

Responsibilities

• Own the RCM strategy, roadmap, and delivery across the product suite.
• Translate dental insurance workflows and CDT coding into scalable features.
• Prototype with AI to validate concepts before engineering.
• Partner with engineering to test feasibility using real workflows and data.
