Job summary

Videa, a Boston-based AI dentistry company, seeks a Partner Success Manager to own the health, performance, and day-to-day execution of the partner ecosystem. You will be the voice of Videa inside partnerships and help maximize lead flow and co-marketing impact with a commercially minded approach.

You will manage partner relationships, enable partners with trainings and playbooks, and oversee financial aspects from onboarding to referrals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in partner success, channel or partner operations, customer success, account management, or revenue operations, ideally in health tech, SaaS, or AI
• Experience owning a portfolio of partners or accounts and the outcomes attached to it
• Proven ability to enable and influence external teams while engaging executives on business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own partner-sourced lead flow end to end: registration, routing, conversion, and SLAs across ecosystems
• Drive co-selling and joint go-to-market with partner-led calls and campaigns
• Own the outcomes for a portfolio of partners and deliver enablement for partners to sell independently
• Own partner economics end to end: reporting, invoicing, and fee/commission accuracy
• Define and track partner health metrics and deliver regular pipeline reporting
