Job summary

The Legacy Senior Communities in Plano, TX is seeking a Clinical Development Coordinator to manage nursing staff schedules, maintain supplies, and support the DON with data collection and onboarding. This non-profit concludes in a broad continuum of care including independent living and skilled nursing.

The role requires a nursing background (LVN) with CPR certification, plus at least one year in long-term care. Competitive salary, benefits and 403(b) retirement plan are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Vocational or Practical Nurse required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produces and maintains daily CNA, CMA, LVN and RN schedule.
• Supports DON with recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintains staffing records, attendance, and payroll checks.
• Assists with pre-hire processes and training of nursing staff.
• Ensures proper inventory of nursing supplies and equipment.
• Supports on-floor direct care during staffing shortages.
