Job summary
The Legacy Senior Communities in Plano, TX is seeking a Resident Care Manager / Assistant Healthcare Director to oversee health and wellness of residents and supervise LVNs, CNAs, and CMAs. Ideal candidates hold a Texas LVN license, CPR certification, and at least one year in assisted living or long-term care, with EMR (PCC) experience preferred and
Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse licensed in Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum one year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
- Experience with electronic medical records (PCC) preferred.
- Management experience required; Assisted Living and Memory Support preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides daily care management aligned with state standards and policies.
- Develops care plans and monitors residents' health and wellness.
- Supervises LVNs, CNAs and CMAs; coordinates staff schedules.
- Communicates with residents' families and support services.
- Collaborates with directors to analyze outcomes and care plans.
