Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills with strong customer service background.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and experience with an HRIS.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and travel locally if needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedules employees to maintain adequate staffing levels according to budget and unit needs.
• Manages call-offs and staffing issues, reporting to RCM or director.
• Distributes staffing sheets daily to managers and staff.
• Maintains attendance records and self-scheduling of PTO.
• Participates in new hire nursing orientation and coaching on processes and scheduling.
