Judson is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Clinical Scheduler for Judson Park, Judson Manor, and SFC sites in Cleveland, OH. The role ensures staffing aligns with budgeted census and unit needs, using established rules and a PRN pool when needed.

You will schedule, monitor attendance, coordinate with RCM and supervisors, assist with new-hire orientation, and support union-related scheduling matters in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office and HRIS experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasional non-traditional hours.
• High school diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule employees to maintain adequate staffing levels per state guidelines.
• Utilize overtime efficiently.
• Cover with agency when needed if other options are unavailable.
• Prepare daily assignment sheets for all sites and align with budget needs.
• Distribute staffing sheets to RCMs, Supervisors, and security as designated.
• Monitor PTO self-scheduling and attendance records.
• Participate in new hire nursing orientation and onboarding.
