Job summary

Judson Smart Living in Cleveland is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Clinical Scheduler to efficiently staff Judson Park, Judson Manor, and SFC sites in accordance with budget and census.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and time-management skills; daily scheduling, PTO, attendance tracking, and coordination with managers, with a focus on minimizing overtime and agency usage. Experience in healthcare scheduling preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills with a track record of customer service excellence.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office; experience with a human resource information system (HRIS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; travel locally and occasional non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Schedules employees to maintain staffing levels per state rules and budget; covers open positions and PTO.
• Monitors overtime usage and agency staffing; uses PRN pools when needed.
• Prepares daily assignment sheets for three sites and communicates staffing plans to RCMs, Supervisors, and security.
• Manages call-offs and attendance records; logs tardiness and early leave.
• Participates in new hire nursing orientation and departmental processes.
