Job summary

Henry Ford Providence Rochester Hospital is seeking a Staffing Scheduler to optimize clinical scheduling, ensure adequate staffing, and support cost-effective coverage. The role involves collaborating with clinical leadership and maintaining accurate staffing records.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent or 1 year of related experience; Kronos experience is preferred. Schedule is 5am–3:30pm, 40 hours per week with weekend rotation, at Henry Ford Providence Rochester Hospital

Qualifications

High School diploma equivalency or 1 year cumulative job experience required.
Note: Licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education/experience.
Krono's experience preferred (likely Kronos)

Responsibilities

Optimize and maintain scheduling systems and staffing records with real-time updates across clinical units.
Collaborate with clinical unit leadership to implement staffing adjustments
Gather and analyze staffing and financial data to support data-driven reporting and improvement initiatives
Provide timely guidance on scheduling questions and concerns
Maintain staffing office documentation and input agency staff information into scheduling systems for compliance
