Job summary

Ascension in Flint, Michigan, at the PACE Michigan facility, is seeking a coordinator for the PACE Clinic. This full‑time day role coordinates participant appointments and services, works with external vendors and community partners, and communicates with participants, families, and the care team to keep care on track.
