Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed as a Speech Therapist in the state; maintain licensure.
• Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care software.
• Able to read and interpret policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve function.
• Supervise CFY Speech Clinical Fellows and students when applicable.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with physicians, families and staff.
• Document timely and compliant patient records per regulations.
