Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve function.
• Supervise CFY and students in resident care activities.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per facility and payer rules.
