Job summary

Waters is seeking an Instrument Technical Sales Specialist – Clinical to expand its spectral flow cytometry footprint in the clinical diagnostics market. You will work as the scientific bridge between customers and internal teams to translate requirements into commercial and product strategies.

Primary duties include driving instrument evaluations, reagent adoption, and workflow optimization in collaboration with Sales, Applications, Marketing, and Product Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirement: Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement, instrument evaluations, reagent adoption, and workflow optimization.
• Serve as the scientific bridge between customers and internal stakeholders to translate needs into commercial/product strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, Marketing, BD Product Management to optimize workflows in clinical diagnostics.
