Job summary

Medtronic plc in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist for Neuromodulation pain and drug delivery therapies. You will support surgeries, provide clinical education, and drive market development across neuroscience products worldwide.

Responsibilities include educating physicians and healthcare staff, managing device inventory, and performing device programming and testing. Occasional travel and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of clinical or medical sales experience with a high school diploma or GED, or 4 years with an associate degree, or 2 years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Medtronic as device specialist during surgical procedures with necessary equipment and testing.
• Educate patients and educate physicians and hospital staff on products and therapies.
• Provide clinical support in surgeries and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Travel to cover district cases as needed; work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Manage inventory and budgeting for cases and coordinate with leadership.
