Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Clinical Specialist for its Enabling Technologies unit. You will provide clinical product support, on-site guidance during surgeries, and training to surgeons and OR staff on navigation systems and instruments.

You will prepare pre-operative scans, assist in intra-operative guidance, and ensure prompt complaint reporting while expanding product utilization with key accounts. Occasional travel and flexible work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree OR 6+ years clinical experience.
• Preferred: Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during surgical procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and associated equipment.
• Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in intra-operative guidance.
• Submit timely complaint reports per quality system requirements.
• Maintain case coverage and assist in sales plan execution to grow utilization.
