• Previous computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, including benefits, services, and claims.
• Research inquiries and refer unresolved items to the appropriate analyst.
• Answer calls within 3 rings to maximize service.
• Provide clerical and telephone support for Case Management.
• Maintain provider file compliance and perform supervisor-directed duties.
