Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field required.
• Advanced clinical licensure in Maryland (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT) required.
• Board approved clinical supervisor status through Maryland licensing authority required.
• Minimum three years of behavioral health services experience across clinical settings.
• At least three years of clinical supervision experience required.
• Experience in a hotline or crisis center setting preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to staff and contractors.
• Collaborate with clinical and program leadership to identify staff support needs and service delivery challenges.
• Develop policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to ensure consistency across programs.
• Support implementation of program policies, procedures, and clinical protocols across teams.
• Develop leadership, supervisory, and clinical management skills through mentorship and coaching.
• Empower Clinical Supervisors to provide clinical consultation and frontline staff support.
• Serve as a clinical consultant for high-risk or complex cases across service lines.
• Support compliance with ethical standards, licensing requirements, and documentation.
