The Senior Manager collaborates with leadership on policies, ethics, and program implementation, guides supervisors, and ensures compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field and Maryland licensure are required.
• Minimum three years providing behavioral health services and supervising clinical staff.
• Experience in crisis hotline or crisis center settings preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to staff and contractors.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify staff needs and improve service delivery.
• Develop policies, procedures, and clinical protocols for consistency.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, licensing, and regulations.
• Support staff development through training and mentorship.
• Serve as clinical consultant to staff on high-risk situations.
• Maintain clinical documentation in line with organizational standards.
• Remain current on evidence-based practices and crisis intervention.
