EveryMind is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Clinical Services, delivering clinical supervision, mentorship, and strategic guidance across programs. The role supports high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services and ensures adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field and Maryland clinical licensure
• Minimum three years of behavioral health experience and clinical supervision
• Experience implementing evidence-based practices and quality improvement efforts
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and coaching to staff and contractors with regular supervision meetings and development planning.
• Collaborate with clinical and program leadership to identify staff support needs and service delivery challenges.
• Develop policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to ensure consistency across programs.
• Support compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements; ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain familiarity with data systems and reporting requirements to support operations.
