You will implement organizational initiatives, drive performance, and partner with Therapy Supervisors to align clinical and operational priorities.

The role focuses on improving access, scheduling efficiency, and financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare practice management.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; healthcare administration background preferred.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial and operational metrics.
• Experience with healthcare EHR systems, practice management, and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and business functions of SOL Mental Health practices.
• Supervise non-clinical Care Team Members and partner with clinical leaders.
• Align clinical and operational priorities with Therapy Supervisors.
• Improve patient access, flow, and experience with standardized workflows.
• Oversee scheduling, provider productivity, and clinician collaboration.
• Manage front desk operations, patient communication, and self-pay collections.
• Lead practice-level financial and operational performance including budgeting and data-driven decisions.
• Develop the administrative care team through hiring, onboarding, and training.
