Job summary

Mindful Health is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead clinical operations across TX locations. The role blends hands-on psychotherapy with supervisory oversight to uphold fidelity and quality.

The position requires TX licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), a master’s degree, and at least 5 years in clinical assessment or diagnosis. CPR and CPI certifications are expected as part of ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Active TX license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to provide independent care.
• 5 years' experience in clinical assessment and diagnosis.
• Willingness to pursue certification in valued modalities.
• Current CPR Certification
• Current CPI Certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise therapists and oversee staff training to ensure clinical integrity.
• Contribute to 90-day evaluations and annual staff reviews.
• Audit charts for regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Review documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee group, individual, family and couples therapy services.
• Lead Treatment Team meetings for PHP/IOP and ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and intake for seamless care.
• Provide or assign psychotherapy sessions and psycho-educational groups.
• Support discharge planning and community referrals as needed.
