Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Elkton, MD seeks a Clinical Manager to lead the clinical team and drive quality outcomes. You will oversee daily operations, supervise counselors, and partner with the Executive Director to strengthen care delivery and patient results.

The role requires a Master's in a behavioral health field, Maryland licensure or supervisor status, and 3+ years of supervisory experience in behavioral health. In-person, Monday–Friday schedule with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in human services.
• Strong knowledge of CARF standards and state regulations.
• Experience with counseling modalities and documentation in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Lead interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Provide 1:1 supervision, annual reviews, and growth-focused feedback.
• Maintain evidence-based care model fidelity and coach staff in MI/CBT/Trauma-Informed Care.
• Monitor clinical KPIs, ensure direct care hours, and support compliance readiness.
• Provide direct clinical coverage and crisis support when needed; drive program improvements.
• Develop community partnerships and lead clinical trainings.
